Abstract

The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of dry and wet desulfurization and denitrification technology is researched in this paper. In this paper, the composition of converter slag is tested and analyzed, and the steel slag slurry is used for combined desulfurization and denitrification of coke oven flue gas. At the same time, a bubbling reactor was designed and manufactured, and the process and mechanism of no and SO2 removal by wet steel slag slurry were studied. In this paper, the thermodynamic analysis of the related reactions was carried out by using HSC Chemstry 6.0 software, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the desulfurization and denitrification technology was carried out. The experimental results show that the presence of oxygen in flue gas can convert no into soluble nitrogen oxide, which is conducive to the absorption of steel slag slurry and has an obvious promoting effect on denitrification. The higher the oxygen concentration, the higher the no removal rate. The addition of potassium permanganate in the steel slag slurry can play a role in promoting oxidation and further improve the removal effect of SO2 and NO The removal rate increased with the increase of potassium permanganate mass fraction.
