Research on Evaluation of Emergency Capacity for Safety Production of Coal Enterprises

Abstract

With the appropriate evaluation index system and assessment method, coal enterprises could accurately evaluate and enhance their ability of emergency management. Based on causative factors leading to production accidents, this paper builds and tests the evaluation index system of emergency capacity for safety production of coal enterprise. An empirical test of the index system is conducted by cloud model, finding that the evaluation index system is applicable.
