Abstract

This study has been focused on the sentimental analysis can be applied in Marketing concept by mentioning of the product brand name and competitors. The study has been focused on the consumer reviews given in online about the particular shop in India. The comments given by customer may be positive, neutral and negative in nature. This study can be helpful for the retailers, the sentimental analysis done through text mining concept by using R coding Input Data: the coding in R studio for text mining the input for text has extract from the online customer reviews site.
