Abstract

This academic paper aims to identify the effect of (Electronic Human Resources Management E-HRM) as the independent variable of the research, with its three sub-dimensions: "operational, relational and transformative", in the responsive variable (Human Resources Flexibility) which is represented by two sub-dimensions: "Resource Flexibility, coordination Flexibility. The research has been conducted at the Middle Euphrates University as a research community from which a random sample of staff comprising (362) persons have been selected, whose opinions have been surveyed by a survey prepared for this purpose, and statistical tools are used for academic purposes, and the statistical program (SPSS) is used, the result of the research is a significant decline after the process in the effect of the Flexibility of HRM and provided after conversion by a large bicycle
