Dynamics and Challenges: How Firm Should Evaluate Knowledge Management System

Abstract

: The concept of Triple Helix as an innovation strategy based on participation and
collaboration of government, university, and industry. The importance of the role of universities as
institutions of science and technology that have the human resources capable of generating innovation
in various fields that can be applied in industry and administration. The problem is the decision-making
mechanism to overcome the level of alignment between the knowledge possessed by the knowledge
management system to be adopted and the difficulty in sharing knowledge or effective knowledge
transfer between multi-disciplinary organization.
