Creating Millennial Customer Satisfaction Through Pricing (Case Study on Grand Star Holiday)

Abstract

- Millennials are growing massively; millennial tourist travel has also increased significantly. The size of this generation's growth is supported by their purchasing power, so that many sectors of the world make it a market opportunity, as well as the Indonesian tourism sector, especially Grand Star Holiday travel services. The purpose of this research is to find out how price fixing, millennial customer satisfaction and its effects. The research method used is descriptive verification, data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and observations. The population in this study are consumers who have used the services of the Grand Star Holiday. The sample is millennial generation consumers (born in 1980 to 2000).
