Abstract

Hotels are the most common means of accommodation that people use to find a temporary place to
stay while they are on vacation, but lately, the function of the hotel is not only as a means of stay, but the
function of the hotel also as a place to host wedding receptions, business meetings, seminars and other activities.
The purpose of this research is to find out the level of guest satisfaction with housekeeping services at Ibis
Budget Bandung Hotel. The writing method used in this study is a descriptive method that is a research method
through direct observation in the field and data collection from the company. The conclusion of this study is that
the level of guest satisfaction with housekeeping service at Ibis Budget Bandung Hotel is quite satisfactory,
because the amount of positive response data and negative response is balanced.
