Abstract

Strategic management framework is highly influenced by leadership. It helps in particular to establish
the organization’s goal and purpose. It also allows the organization to adopt proactive plans to achieve this goal.
This paper attempts to define the role of leadership in the design and execution of policies by analyzing the
current literature. The research indicates that leadership acts as an association among conscience and
organization. The role of leadership is to be solid but then again not harsh, to be generous however not frail,
modest then again not shy, to be gratified however not smug, to have fun, but without folly. For the effective
application of policies. Leadership must be assessed to assess the competence of the entire process, which will
assist to establish the disadvantages and to refresh tactics in accordance with the transition. Moreover, this
assessment process will support and maintain the institution's continued growth. Therefore leadership is
considered to be the center of the enterprise and can play the essential role, such as the role of the blood and the
brain, thereby ensuring and communicating the consequences of success.
