Public-Transport Priority Development Evaluated by the Dynamic Combination Weighting Method

Abstract

In order to scientifically evaluate the development degree of public transport priority, the work construct the evaluation index system considering public transport priority policy, infrastructure, and operation quality. According to the extenics matter-element theory, it adopted the dynamic weighting and entropy weight method to establish a dynamic evaluation model for public transport priority development. The model could evaluate the priority development of public transport and predict its development trend. Finally, the data was collected from the public transport of Ningbo as an example to assess the development degree of public transport priority, which verified the rationality of the index system and the validity of the evaluation model.
