Perception about Motive of E-Filing in Auditing Sector

Abstract

Tax returns can be submitted in the Internet using Tax preparation software. Which is said to be in Electronic filing (E-filling) . It is very ease, quicker processing, precision and high money for tax refund. This paper objective is to study customer’s perception towards the e-filing and receiving notice from Income Tax department. The data collected from 100 customers in auditing sector. Statistical tools used for analysis are frequency, mean analysis, independent sample t-test in SPSS version 21.Customers motive of e-filing is for Visa Processing , Loan approval and avoid penalty.
