Abstract

Education is a nation building activity and the faculty members are not merely perceived as asource of knowledge and the strength of educational system, but also as the builders of the nation.It is the responsibility of the teachers to simplify the new innovations to learn. If the faculty is innovative in devising, arranging and executing his classroom activity, the result will be fruitful and sustaining. Faculty’s perception and its impact on professional improvement normally thought to be the key to triumphing training reforms. Faculties are predicted to expertise CPD to maintain abreast with the persistent modifications happening in the education system. This study revealed that there was noteworthy relationship between perception of the faculty and continuing professional development and also the impacts of various demographic factors as elements of faculty’s professional attitudes were discovered.
