A Study on Analysis of Employee Effectiveness Towards Improving Quality Care -Opd Services at Hospital

Abstract

This research study investigates the relationship between effectiveness and efficiency theof employee and quality care aspectswith regard to their work environment, training and knowledge towards their job responsibility.The respondents of the research are the employees of outpatient services of the Apollo health care hospitals.50 respondents have been made involved in this survey.The data is collected using questionnaire method.Frequency analysis and ANOVA were used for analysis of the variable.The results are consistent and indicated that employee work efficiency can be improved through various encouraging and motivating activities to be implemented within the organisation.
