Abstract

The paper mainly reveals the mind set of consumers who purchase and use white goods. Here we Implies the term called Customer relationship marketing were we identify the needs and wants of the Customer .Where as white goods are mainly considered as Air-conditioners, water coolers, Washing machines, vacuum cleaners. Televisions, table fan, refrigerators. The Consumer Durable Goods are termed as the Goods which are immediately consumed and used by the customers over a long period. This Study mainly Determines the impact of factors of customer loyalty in consumer white good. To determine the demographic profile of the customer. The data is collected using self-structured questionnaire. Regards the sample with the help of frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Mean analysis and Regression analysis. It is found that factors of customer loyalty is influencing the Overall Loyalty of customer purchasing white goods.
