Analysis of Control Strategies of Leakage Power Considering Decoder Optimization

Abstract

This paper discusses the factor of power dissipation and its influence on VLSI Design .It also
discusses the basics of power dissipation and the variety of techniques available to make it work. Decoder
based optimization in terms of power is the order of the day and these have been implemented in this paper
with results. Consequently the speed of the processor also gets a boost via this implementation.
