Abstract

— Coronavirus disease or COVID19 is a novel infectious disease that rooted in Wuhan, China at
the end of 2019. Many details regarding the origin and ability to spread among humans are still unknown.
The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in 2.2 million confirmed cases worldwide by 18 April, 2020 out of
which 1,54,000 are declared as deaths and 5,71,851 have only been recovered. WHO (World Health
Organisation) announced COVID-19 outbreak as a global emergency on 30th January 2020[1]. In order to
‘flatten the curve’ on coronavirus, the government of effected countries have to enforce social distancing,
border shutdown, quarantine, travel restrictions and lockdown [2][3]. On account of worldwide lockdown, it
resulted in sharp decline of economy sector and raised the recession [4]. In our research we have
summarized the effects of COVID-19 on individual sectors throughout the world. Every country is
practicing hard to develop the vaccine or anti-viral drugs to treat coronavirus infection in humans so that the
world is free from this pandemic.
