Teachers' Attitudes towards E-Learning Program in Lower Elementary Stage of Nablus Governorate Schools

Abstract

The study aims to investigate teachers' attitudes towards e-learning programs in the lower elementary stage of Nablus governorate schools. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey approach has been used, where the study population consists of all the teachers of the lower elementary stage in the Nablus Governorate. To analyze the data, arithmetic means, standard deviations, t-test for independent samples, and one-way analysis of variance have also been used. The results show that the teachers' attitudes towards the e-learning program in the lower elementary stage of Nablus Governorate schools are of a medium degree. The results also show that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of (?? 0.05) in the teachers' attitudes towards the e-learning program in the lower elementary stage in Nablus Governorate schools according to each of the variables (gender, academic qualification, years of experience, and specialization). Based on the results of the study, several recommendations such as urging the teachers of the lower elementary stage to take into account the practical aspect of e-learning while planning lessons and inviting the teachers of the lower elementary stage to constantly communicate with the students’ parents to inform them of their children’s level of education using e-learning.
