Impact of Covid-19 on Learning Strategies: A Study of Management Students from Online VS Face-to-Face in Nepal

Abstract

This paper has mainly focus on how the whole education system has involved from the traditional to the online based due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The study intends to investigate the experience of online classes of Nepalese management students with comparison to the face to face learning modes. Hence, a convenient and purposive sampling design for the primary survey has been used to obtain the respondents' opinion. The paper found that both advantages and challenges exist while operating online classes in Nepalese context. Therefore, the study conclude that the universities and college of Nepal should blend the modality of learning modes after the pandemic ends. Moreover, the researcher recommends that, the ICT related programs among students and faculties must be conducted which could increases their ability to work with technologies and mitigate the possible challenges presented during online classes.
