Applications of Queuing Model to Optimize Waiting Time in Various Aspects of Operations

Abstract

Queuing model is the arithmetic tactic to the study of waiting queues of the system. This paper concentrates on the queuing model. To employ queuing controlling method in all aspects such as single/ multiple channels queuing system [Q/Q/1: /FCFS, /SIRO, K/FCFS] and [Q/Q/H: /FCFS] are proposed. Then entrance rate, maintenance rate, consumption rate, and awaiting period in the line and the usual quantity of consumers are derived from the information in Little’s theorem and Q/Q/I and Q/Q/H queuing example. This article aims to research the vital part of Line Hypothesis in decreasing the Awaiting period of a buyer in line paradigm. These numerous Line examples are utilized to survey the various characteristics and boundaries that explain the gap in these models, enhancing the method. It will decrease the awaiting period of consumers as well as the price of maintenance help.
